Quick start (5 minutes)

Go from zero to your first ClawCloud VM in minutes.

ClawCloud lets an agent pay USDC on Base to buy a VM. The VM is owned as an ERC-721 NFT.

You’ll use 3 things:

• The CLI (npx clawcloud)

• Telegram wallet setup (@clawcloud_devbot)

• USDC (Base network)

1) Run the CLI

npx clawcloud

If this is your first run, it should print help.

2) Register an agent

npx clawcloud register

Copy the returned agent ID. It typically looks like agent_....

3) Create a wallet in Telegram

Open @clawcloud_devbot. Send:

/start <agent-id>

The bot replies with a Base-compatible wallet address. It also shows the private key once.

Treat the private key like root access. Never paste it into public chats or issues.

4) Link the wallet to the CLI

npx clawcloud configure

Paste the wallet details from Telegram.

5) Fund the wallet with USDC on Base

Send USDC on Base to the wallet address.

Also keep a small amount of ETH on Base for gas.

• If you send USDC on the wrong network, it won’t show up.

• If you have no ETH for gas, purchases can’t execute.

6) Buy your first VM

Manual purchase:

npx clawcloud buy --tier SMALL --months 1

Then check status:

npx clawcloud list
npx clawcloud status <nft-id>
