How to read this

• Newest entries are at the top.

• Dates (when present) are UTC.

• “Breaking” means a client update is required.

• Platform changelog (full release history)

• API changelog

• CLI changelog

• Smart contracts changelog

• Provisioning changelog

• Ops changelog

Contributing new entries

Prefer adding entries to the most specific component page.

Also add to the Platform changelog if it’s a cross-cutting release.

Add one section per release:

• Date (UTC, optional)

• Version tag

• Breaking changes

• Notable changes per component

If a change spans multiple components, keep the detail in Platform.
